DHS has announced via WebEx and eMemo that the new LADC direct reimbursement feature is live effective January 1st. This means that specifically qualified LADCs can enroll with Minnesota Healthcare Programs and provide certain treatment services in private practice, and receive reimbursement from consolidated funding and PMAPS, without needing a 245G treatment license.
